WHICH SUPPLY In your capacity as a working student Project Management in Marine Shipbuilding (m/w/d), you work closely with the Project Management for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). The ILS subproject is responsible for the production and maintenance of the supply and application of the systems in our current marine project. You can develop in the fields of logistics analysis, technical documentation or training and make a significant contribution to ensuring the readiness and minimization of life cycle costs (LCC).

As part of our shipbuilding project, you plan working groups and workshops and prepare them. You log work results and take care of the tracking of open tasks. You support the coordination of correspondence between the stakeholders of the subproject. You analyze key figures and start progress reports for the subproject management. You actively participate in building a web-based knowledge management in Jira and Confluence. The creation of work aids and project-specific learning documents complete your activities. The maintenance and storage of documents is part of your task. The company's corporate design is based on project documents.

Continuous studies with a period of study remaining at least one year in an industrial or technical course Interest in technical systems and logistical processes in naval shipbuilding Safe handling of current MS Office applications Experience in working with Confluence and Jira desirable Very good German and good English skills Teamability and an open-minded appearance A high level of initiative and readiness to learn Liability and sense of responsibility
