Complete study of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable technical course Long-standing professional experience in the disciplinary and professional management of SW development teams (ideally in the SW qualification field) including the control of external development partners Strong sovereignty in changing marginal conditions and priorities Very safe occurrence and experience in successful communication with internal and external stakeholders to top management Represent the team's work results to internal and external stakeholders Success in the optimization of SW-QA processes, test strategies and test infrastructures Knowledge of software testing processes, test automation and the application of modern test and simulation technologies Experience with resource and budget planning High problem solving competence in complex technical issues Joy in leading, designing and developing an international, interdisciplinary team Communication strength in German and English as well as readiness for occasional service trips
