Project Manager for Maintenance (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• Responsibility for the processing of tenders and their complete implementation
• Project support taking into account both commercial and technical aspects
• Processing and clarification of complaints in close cooperation with the Quality Management Department
• Processing of quality assurance measures and processes
• Optimization of process documentation
• Creation and updating of work instructions
• Participation in the development and implementation of work flow processes using software solutions and IT infrastructure

Profile:

• Studies in the field of technical business management, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience in project processing and tender processing
• Experience in the field of MS Access / Excel programming as well as knowledge in the development of workflow processes are advantageous
• Flexibility, fast adaptability and self-responsibility to ensure smooth running in complex projects
• very good knowledge of German and English for communication with national and international customers and suppliers
