As an instructor in the field of welding and metal technology (w/m/d), you bring your expertise into the training of the next generation of metal and plastic technology, inspired by practical training and promotes technical skills. Yours? Come to the team!

As an instructor in the field of welding and metal technology, you carry out training in presence and hybrid form for the target group in advanced training and joint training. In your new activity, you convey theoretical and practical knowledge in your field in accordance with the current training regulations and framework curricula, while preparing the teaching and stopping it. Our trainers develop and prepare training materials such as presentations, handouts and preparation documents for final exams, so that our apprentices are perfectly prepared for examinations in specialist theory and practice. You support and motivate participants according to their needs, because we are important to you. You are in regular exchange with the regional companies and your colleagues to keep up to date and watch market developments.

Welding specialistwife, Welding engineerin, Welding masterin or Welding instructorin in at least one process (e.g. MSG, WIG, E-Hand) and experience as a welderin as well as a valid welding test certificate Ideally trainersin (AEVO) or masterin the metal sector, e.g. industrial metal masterin or metal builder*in with first experience in the guidance of trainees or students Expedient experience in the usual testing methods of welding technology and with conventional techniques of metal processing and welding simulators Strong communication, customer-oriented and responsible Very good German knowledge in word and writing, safe in handling the current MS Office programs
