Own-responsible commercial support and management of an attractive interest-rate portfolio (no WEG management) Contact person:in for tenants, owners, service providers and authorities – you are the central interface Professional organisation and settlement of leases Maintenance, updating and quality assurance of all property and tenant data in our modern software Up-to-date accounting, payment, dunning and production of timely operating and heating cost accounting Complete coordination of technical object care, including order management, maintenance contracts and the handling of insurance damage Bringing your ideas and expertise to the continuous optimization of our processes

This is ideally brought with you Completed training to/from the real estate businessman/wife, or real estate specialist:in Multiannual professional experience in residential/interest management Current knowledge of rental law and safe handling of operating and heating cost accounting Routinized handling of common home management software (e.g. DOMUS or A.) and MS Office Structured and independent working with high responsibility Joy in cooperation in a collegial team and communication strength
