For our Corporates in the Team Account Management at the Hamburg location, we are looking for the next time She Specialist* Corporate Customer Support – Focus on onboarding and KYC Your role in the team You are an integral part of the team and work closely with our corporate customer service providers. You support the company customer service providers in particular in account and depot openings incl. KYC checks as well as multi-layered daily business. Here we enable a high degree of personal responsibility and direct customer interaction in the respective processes. From the market area, you act as an interface between customer, sales and internal back-office departments, always with the requirement to understand complex structures and to develop solutions along with the corporate customer supporters and to show our customers and internal stakeholders. Our customer groups range from family companies and listed companies to growth companies and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) to companies with sponsorship background and innovative business models in the field of digital assets. Own-responsible control of (digital) client onboarding (account and depot openings incl. KYC checks) Analysis of complex participation and shareholder structures and identification of economically authorized persons Support of corporate customer service providers in day-to-day business (including changes in authorisations, in response to cash management queries and fixed-money investments)

Successfully completed banking training or comparable qualification, first experience in corporate customer business (ideally in onboarding) desirable Affinity for digital processes and joy in detail in the context of onboarding and KYC testing Sovereign communication in German and good English skills Excellent service orientation as well as independent, structured and self-responsive working with high quality standards Feeling for priorities, especially at high workloads
