Successfully completed study programme in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual Experience as ServiceNow Architect, Lead Consultant or Senior Developer Funded knowledge in several ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD) Knowledge of architecture, integrations, data models, Flow Designer, CMDB and modern platform functions Experience in managing workshops, consulting customers and defining technical target architectures ITIL knowledge and a solid understanding of end-to-end processes in enterprise service management Embossed communication skills, professional appearance and enthusiasm for customer contact Excellent English skills Ready to travel according to project phase
