In order to strengthen the 'Private Composit' business segment, we are looking for a directorate (all genders) with a focus on assekuradeurssteuerung for the Münster, Düsseldorf, Kiel, Hamburg or Detmold sites.

This will be your tasks

Your tasks include the yield and growth-oriented management of the Assekuradeurs portfolio in the composite private customer business, which you also strategically develop. In addition, you are responsible for acquiring new approaches and managing existing partnerships, conducting discussions and negotiations on site and building long-term, partnership relationships. You bear the technical responsibility in projects to initiate and connect assekuradeursgeschäft. In addition, check and negotiate new and existing framework agreements in the Assekuradeursbusiness. You conduct inventory and refurbishment negotiations on site and develop refurbishment concepts for yield-critical portfolios. In addition, you will meet sound drawing decisions (underwriting) and implement them to internal and external stakeholders. As a central interface between Assekuradeuren and the private customer business segment, you translate technical requirements into clearly defined processes, products and technical solutions. To support management decisions, you prepare complex issues in a structured manner and create decision templates as well as presentations on strategic initiatives in the Assekuradeursbusiness.
