As a specialist in HR systems and digitalization, you combine personal processes, technology and pragmatic implementation. You work closely with the personnel management and IT and develop our HR system landscape step by step. You are confidently developing P&I LOGA. You analyze HR processes and identify concrete potentials for digitalization and automation. You develop digital workflows with Power Automate and use Power Apps where You create real added value. You build Power BI reports and dashboards and use HR data for decisions. You enter interfaces to adjacent systems and coordinate technical adaptations with internal and external partners. You support users, document solutions in a comprehensible manner and accompany changes in everyday work. You participate in digitalization projects and bring new ideas into implementation in a structured manner. You can see where processes can become easier, faster and more transparent, and bring these improvements into implementation with digital workflows, automation and Power BI.

A completed IT training or a comparable study. Multiannual experience in the administration of applications or systems, ideally in the HR environment. Understanding personal processes and interest in translating professional requirements into good digital solutions. Experiences with P&I LOGA, Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps are beneficial. It is crucial that you understand technical relationships and want to develop further. A structured, analytical and independent way of working.
