Our team RPA & Agentic AI automates classic specialist processes for Allianz in Germany with the help of software robots. We primarily use Blue Prism on Alliance servers and orchestrate our growing robot portfolio via CTWO. In addition to the classic RPA automation, we are driving forward innovations in the field of Agentic AI. We work as an agile Scrum team and live an open, collaborative way.

As a working student in the field of robotics process automation & Agentic AI (m/w/d)

Working with analysis, design, implementation, maintenance and further development of automation solutions Support in building and optimizing our RPA infrastructure together with the IT teams Participation in ensuring regular software robot operation (Security & Compliance) Support in the coordination of migrations and incident management Working with the piloting of AI-based agents and the use of AI for development and operation Support in identifying optimization potentials and designing innovative solutions Support in building automated, complete regression tests for software robots and AI agents Participation in coordination with the compliance teams and regulatory requirements Practical insights into the future of process automation and cooperation in an agile Scrum team Learning from IT, specialist and innovation experts and flexible working hours that can be agreed with your studies

This is what you bring with you as a working student in the field of robotics process automation & Agentic AI (m/w/d)

You are in Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Technical Business Administration or a comparable degree course You have basic IT understanding and analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills You already had contact points with LLMs and Git You are interested in RPA architecture (orchestrator, bot clients, API integrations) and Agentic AI (MCP servers, Agents), AgentCore/Bedrock AWS You have first experience or interest in Blue Prism, UiPath, CTWO, Pydantic, AWS Cloud Platform You have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure (virtualization, networking, access control) You are ready to work into integration approaches (UI vs. API vs. Middleware) A basic understanding of IT security & compliance (GDPR) is advantageous You are strong in communication and enjoy working with different stakeholders Team-oriented work, thinking and acting are of course for you Your German is reliable (at least C1), your English skills reach at least B2 level We are happy if you could already acquire knowledge of tools like Jira or Confluence Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies You live in Munich and can be on site in Unterföhring (at least 4 - 8 days/month)
