You help to protect Heidelberg and keep our urban green healthy in the long term: Own-responsible control of urban trees according to FLL tree control guidelines, ZTV tree nurse and VTA method Implementation of digital initial recordings and documentation in tree control software Assessment of the safety of trees and introduction of necessary measures Special controls after severe weather events or in the event of illness, where appropriate using a lifting work platform Monitoring of tree protection at construction sites and at events Support for the winter service and takeover of readiness

We are looking for personalities who take responsibility, bring expertise and actively protect our city: Completed three-year vocational training suitable for tree control, for example as a gardener / gardener (garden school or garden and landscape building) or as a forest farmer / forest farmer Alternatively, a relevant further education, for example as a tree inspector / tree controller, European Tree Worker, European Tree Technician or specialist farmer / specialist farmer for tree care Knowledge of FLL Construction Control Policies, ZTV Construction Care and VTA Method Ideally experience in handling tree control software and professional experience in tree control High commitment, sense of responsibility and reliability Physical suitability for work in the terrain, in height and under changing conditions driving licence class B
