As a Quality Specialist, you take a central role between production and quality assurance. With your professional experience and leadership skills, you guide the runners professionally, optimize processes and ensure the highest product quality.

Your tasks:

• Technical management of the runner testers & coordination of quality tests
• Ensuring product quality & implementation of proactive improvement measures
• Analysis of measurement values with QUIPSY & support in audits
• Processing of customer complaints & close cooperation with production
• Head of Quality support for strategic and operational tasks

That's what you bring:

• Technical training or studies
• Multiannual professional experience in quality assurance and quality management
• Pragmatism & Hands-on-Mentality – You don't just stay in the office, but go where things happen and pack up
• Experience in the professional leadership of a team in the operational field
• Analytical & solution-oriented thinking
• Communication strength and independent operation
• Ready for shiftwork (mainly day shift)
• Secure handling of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
