Full participation in the construction process for own real estate stock – from design planning to completion – in the context of the performance phases 1 to 8 Creation of applications for use and construction in the field of new construction, existing properties and modernization measures as well as the development of performance directories (performance phases 1-6) Participation in the technical assistance of the construction design (performance phase 8) Communication and technical agreement with internal and external project participants, including authorities, specialist planners and other stakeholders

Successfully completed study of architecture with design permission Multiannual professional experience in design and execution planning for residential properties Very good expertise in building and planning law, design details, standards, regulations, quality standards and construction products Knowledge in handling CAD and tendering programs
