We are looking for personalities with:

• A commercial training or a completed study in the field of business or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in operational purchasing ideally in senior function
• Very good English skills
• A sovereign appearance to suppliers both in writing and in personal contact
• Intercultural competence and joy in exchange with international suppliers and forwarders
• The willingness to visit our national and international partners on site
• Experience in leadership and motivation of employees
• ERP knowledge, ideally Business Central and safe handling of MS Office

So your working day looks like:

• Coordination and ensuring all global procurement processes

• Active analysis and design of our international supplier network: from the strategic selection to contractual negotiations to the establishment of long-term partnerships

• Continuous monitoring of compliance with delivery dates and quality standards to ensure optimal supply and highest product quality

• Negotiations on pricing with suppliers and logistics service providers

• Conception and implementation of purchasing strategies to optimize costs, quality and delivery times

• Innovative demand planning based on data analyses in coordination with relevant specialist departments

• Monitoring the availability of goods

• Promoting efficiency and innovation by digitizing purchasing processes and continuously optimizing existing structures

• As a manager, you promote self-sponsored work and create an environment for team engagement and joint success
