The place is to be occupied in full time with a 39 hours per week in the context of 'Testing & Setting''. You also keep an overview of many parallel tasks and feel at home when shopping? Demand planning & order processing: You determine material requirements and wrap orders for goods and licenses independently via the ERP system Delivery date and inventory monitoring: You keep delivery dates and stocks in mind and ensure reliable material availability Auditing: You control input invoices, check price and quantity differences and release invoices for payment Supplier communication: You are in regular exchange with national and international suppliers and clarifies questions about orders and deliveries master data management: You provide product, supplier and purchasing master data in the ERP system and ensure high data quality

A completed commercial training, for example as a merchant/wife for wholesale and foreign trade management, industrial businessman/wife or a comparable qualification First professional experience in purchasing, material management or order processing is advantageous Safe handling of Microsoft Office 365 and experience with an ERP system Good English knowledge of word and writing A structured, reliable operation as well as team and communication strength Depending on the type of disability, any place in our company can be suitable for a person with disabilities.
