The construction area carries out projects from planning through the constructional implementation to commissioning. The GB building with about 30 jobs is divided into the areas: strategic planning, construction management, large-scale projects, technical infrastructure and the project management office. The interfaces form part of the Infrastructure and Sustainability division as well as the Charité CFM Facility Management GmbH (CFM), which has the responsibility of the operator. The job owner or the job owner reports to the Management Board for Finance and Infrastructure, the department manager has the office at the Campus Charité Mitte, Hannoversche Strasse 11, Internally: Virchowweg 22, 10117 Berlin and performs appointments at other Charité locations.

EUR, in particular projects financed directly by national funds Budget planning and control for all construction projects and maintenance activities of the CFM Ensure compliance with all statutory/contribution regulations and internal guidelines and quality standards in terms of construction Communication and cooperation Central contact person at the Charité and for external topics Representation of the Charité in relation to building topics to the public, the public and the public Close cooperation with the Executive Board and all other internal and external stakeholders

Professional qualifications: Complete degree in architecture / construction and relevant engineering Long-term professional experience in the management of construction projects, preferably in health care and university university/research engineering Knowledge of construction law, construction planning and project management as well as business understanding Experience with contracting authorities and public procurement law Knowledge of leadership, promotion and motivation of teams at employees and project level Social competences: Safe appearance, pronounced communication skills and persuasiveness Conflict Transformational leadership style Holistic thinking for designing and communicating strategies Own initiative and enforcement ability to achieve effective targets Passion and enthusiasm for building culture, technology and sustainability Large own network in the professional environment Good English knowledge of word and writing
