Scrum Master / Agile Master

Promoting a culture of cooperation, ownership and continuous improvement Planning, moderation and continuous development of agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, Daily Scrum, PI Planning) Implementation and further development of regular Scrum ceremony (e.g. Daily, Sprint Review, Retrospectives) Active participation of ART-wide ceremonies (including PI Planning, Scrum-of-Scrums, ART-Sync) Coaching of teams and individuals in agile ways, including self-organisation, transparency and effectiveness Removal of obstacles and protection of teams from disruptions and external influences Close cooperation with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear priorities, value orientation and effective backlog management Application of empirical methods for measuring and increasing team performance by using agile metrics (e.g. Octane Dashboard, Burn-Down-Charts, Team-KPIs) Analysis and elimination of systemic impediments impeding delivery or performance Using modern tools and AI-supported approaches to increasing productivity, cooperation and learning culture Growth Mindset: Willing to go, learn, and develop best practices

Business studies or comparable training Passion to empower teams and create a powerful working environment Multiannual experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or in a similar role in agile product development environments Deep understanding of Scrum, agile principles, methods and tools; ideally experience in scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) Embossed moderation and coaching skills, especially in complex or challenging situations Conflictability, solution/result orientation and decision-making competence Clear, value-adding communication style and ability to build trusting relationships High problem solving competence as well as a systemic view of impediments and organizational context Sovereign handling of data to support predictability, flow and transparency Growth Mindset: Ready to go, learn, and develop best practices Interest in modern tools and AI functions to support agile teams No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
