Consultant Employee Support & Social Affairs part-time 20 – 25 hours/week (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for our employees on health, personal and social challenges and actively help our employees feel well-resolved in the company. This includes the following tasks: Implementation and monitoring of BEM procedures including organisation, conduct of BEM talks and documentation trusted staff support on social, personal and health issues Support for financial, family or regulatory challenges (including external placement) Accompanying international employees as part of their arrival in Germany (e.g. public services, apartment search, account opening etc.) Work in the Health Management (BGM) and further development of employee satisfaction measures Support for personnel management in projects

Graduate in the field of human resources management, social education or a comparable qualification or already gained professional experience as a human resource (m/w/d) with heavy punk in operational personnel work or similar activity ideally experience in employee care, occupational health management and BEM Knowledge of social security and labour law Experience in dealing with authorities and external counselling Intercultural competence as well as very good communication and consulting competence Organizational and the ability to control several topics in parallel safe handling of MS Office
