Spezialist HR Operations (m/f/d)

You take over the monthly pay bill for a defined group of persons, taking into account all relevant legal requirements, collective agreements and operating agreements. In addition, you are responsible for the testing and maintenance of accounting-relevant master data as well as time management and organization data in the SAP system. Furthermore, the creation, testing and administration of paid personnel documents is your responsibility. You ensure smooth information and knowledge transfer with internal interfaces. You are also responsible for the exchange of data with external bodies (e.g. health insurance companies or authorities). By providing target-group-specific HR reports, you create sound foundations for decisions. Their area of responsibility is rounded off by their active participation in the continuous optimization and standardization of processes in the defined area of responsibility and their cooperation in corresponding (interdisciplinary) projects.

You have completed commercial training and ideally have completed an additional qualification in the area of pay billing, as an alternative to an economic studies with a corresponding focus. In addition, you will bring relevant professional experience in HR – ideally focusing on pay billing, master data administration, time management and reporting. Finding knowledge in the right to work, tax and social security, as well as a safe handling of MS Office and common HR systems - SAP skills are of advantage. A structured, analytical and independent way of working as well as a high degree of care and accuracy is one of your strengths. In addition, you are convinced by a pronounced solution and service orientation as well as by your flexibility and openness to changes in systems and processes. A responsible and discreet handling of sensitive personal data is obvious to you.
