Your tasks

• As a full lawyer (m/w/d), you are part of the Legal & Compliance team and in our headquarters in Hamburg or in our cement plant in Höver, you support the management and decision-makers in the analysis and solution in all relevant issues with the exception of labour, tax and customs law
• You have an expertise in the field of digital and support us in the legal tasks arising in connection with the digital transformation
• You accompany the design and negotiation of contracts related to the storage and utilization of CO2
• As part of the Legal & Compliance team, you support all the questions that arise there
• You develop and plead contractual templates
• In addition, you accompany challenging, cross-disciplinary projects and are available as a competent contact person for legal issues

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in law as well as the first and second state academies, so you are a full lawyer (m/w/d)
• Previously, you could gain first professional experience in a law firm or legal department in the company
• You bring a good understanding of technical and economic relations with
• Your very good knowledge of German and knowledge of English in word and writing
• If you bring a strong communication skills and a high commitment, you fit perfectly into our team
