You coordinate the preparation, packaging, loading and timely delivery of exhibits as well as fair materials for national and international events. Keep an overview of all exhibits that are stored, shipped or prepared for trade fairs and ensure their complete and reliable availability. The organization of shipment, return transport and storage is your responsibility as well as the maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of the exhibits and associated stocks. On site, you actively support up to ten national and international trade fairs as well as events per year and carry out technical and craft work independently. You have successfully completed a technical or craft training or have a comparable practical professional experience. You quickly and independently develop practical solutions for different requirements. Also in labor-intensive or unexpected situations, you remain able to act, set clear priorities and meet responsible decisions. With your structured and reliable operation, you can keep track of multiple projects and appointments and communicate with internal contacts as well as external service providers. Craftsmanship, flexibility, sense of responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality characterize you. You bring travel readiness for our national and international trade fairs and have a class B licence; a fork certificate is of advantage.
