Analysis, preparation and documentation of energy-relevant data and support in the energy management system and maintenance of project-related documents Coordination with external service providers and internal departments and support in cross-departmental coordination Working with concepts for implementing legal requirements (EnEfG, GEG) and optimising energy management processes Support for appointment tracking, reporting and presentations for management and participation in internal information formats on energy efficiency Assessment and monitoring of energy efficiency measures in the building sector Standing for occasional missions as part of the project management at clinic locations

Immatrikulation at a German university, in a relevant study course, for example: Energy and Process Engineering, Building Technology / Technical Building Equipment (TGA), Environmental Technology / Sustainability and Environmental Management, Industrial Engineering with a focus on energy or construction, Facility Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering with a focus on energy efficiency Experience in conducting research and analysis (e.g. through study projects and internships) Analytical skills as well as safe handling of Microsoft Office Self-employed, structured working methods, the introduction of own ideas and approaches for active project design is desirable Very good communication and team capability, as the exchange with internal and external partners is a main task An affinity or a good understanding of legal texts and standards Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability and building management
