Our customer in the Illertissen area is looking for a specialist customer service (m/w/d) with a focus on care and communication with French-speaking customers. In this role you take over order processing, answer customer requests and ensure a smooth running of business processes in the international environment. Detection, control and monitoring of jobs in SAP for smooth running Direct customer support and central contact point for the field service Implementation of negotiations within the defined framework and organisation of sample orders Processing complaints and solution-oriented clarification of challenges in the order process Date tracking and ensuring efficient order processes Maintenance and updating of relevant master data

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Current knowledge of German and English as well as French for communication in the international environment Versified handling of MS Office, ideally first experience with SAP R3 or S4 (Modul SD) Customer orientation and communication strength for professional care and advice Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation with a pronounced organizational talent Team capability and initiative for efficient cooperation with internal interfaces and external services
