And beyond.We are the Team Address Services, consisting of five dedicated colleagues. Together, we are the central point of contact in the Group about end customer addresses. Our work ensures that communication with customers can take place on a reliable address basis – current, complete and unambiguous. Our three central service areas are address quality, postage optimization and new customer acquisition. We offer our services throughout the Group – also internationally. In addition to the daily operation, we are constantly working on the further development of our services, for example by using AI and automation technologies. We are looking for support in the team! Many speak of “Homeoffice” – we of “hybrid or mobile work”: Our department meets several times a week at the Hamburg campus, but also works remotely.

With us, you make sure that customer addresses are always up to date You analyze and filters address data according to different requirements You support us in the handling of postage optimization of letter and catalog/mailing shipments for our Group companies You process different address potentials using our balancing software to support the acquisition of new customers You can participate in the international use and further development of our processes You bring ideas and impulses to the technical development of our services – e.g. in the field of AI or automation

You are a enrolled student* with a focus on (economic) informatics or a comparable course of study You bring a good understanding of IT processes and feel safe in topics such as IT infrastructure, client/server architectures and O365 You are happy to acquire new knowledge on your own and show a high level of readiness to learn You have very good analytical skills and are not afraid of complex technical facts You like to work in the team and convince by communication strength, enforcement ability and a solution-oriented approach You can support us as soon as possible for at least 1 year with 15 - 18 hours per week

You control German to (mind) C1 level and English to B2 level
