KG, from the location search through the constructional completion to maintenance during the entire lease term. The team “Developing shop image” belongs to the retail design business unit and develops the appearance and implementation of the brand dm in our markets with a view to the desired customer perception. In particular, we work closely with the departments assortment, communication and sales and externally with shop designers, agencies and shop builders.

Control internal and external interfaces in adapting our designs of shop components/ furniture using our core processes – with particular attention to the needs of the expansion country Poland Intensive support and coordination of working groups for the continuous development and promotion of cooperation Briefing of external partners (e.g. architects) with a focus on the integration of Polish market requirements Preparation of analyses, presentations and project statistics as well as responsibility for cost management Contact persons for concerns from the markets, internal departments and development partners

Successfully completed study of business management or commercial training with multi-year professional experience in project management Experience with (innovative) project management tools and methods Design, aesthetic and technical understanding of the implementation of furniture concepts in retail Safe handling of all common office programs Responsible, innovative, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Negotiation security and business management as well as professional handling of internal and external partners English and Polish language skills
