The three-year study is divided into five presence and four internship exams, each covering four months. The theory you have acquired in the HdBA (Mannheim or Schwerin) can be directly involved in the internships in the local services (work agency or job center). In the third Trimester you choose a study focus to deepen your skills. During your studies, you combine scientific knowledge and methods from the economic, social and legal sciences in a unique way and learn to apply them practically. You can make your studies individually with the choice of priorities and choices. During your studies, you will receive optimal support from small study groups and you will be able to contact you personally with advice and action. For the preparation of the bachelor's thesis you get a six-week release.
