Master Connector Production (m/f/d)

Participation in the planning and construction of the manufacturing structure (machines, jobs, material flow) as well as in the selection and procurement of machines, tools and equipment in the context of capex and optex planning Introduction and further development of suitable manufacturing processes for plug production (cable blank, crimp and soldering processes, assembly, functional testing) incl. Creation and implementation of work instructions, manufacturing standards and process processes Optimization of layouts, production processes and introduction of lean management methods and continuous improvement processes (KVP) Control and monitoring of ongoing manufacturing processes using IT tools (e.g. SAP, MS-Office), analysis and optimization of relevant production characteristics, and ensuring efficient use of resources and materials Responsibility for compliance with manufacturing standards, work instructions and work safety requirements and implementation of TPM processes to ensure quality, cost, productivity and delivery dates

Complete technical training with further training to master:in, technician:in or engineer:in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics for equipment and systems or comparable; multiannual professional experience in submarine/ship/plant engineering or electrical engineering Experience in building new manufacturing structures and processes as well as several years of experience in production management; good knowledge in manufacturing and manufacturing planning, in handling ERP/PPS systems and production key figures experience in employee management, qualification and organisational development; strong leadership and social competence, organisational strength and entrepreneurial thinking Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation, high communication capability, enforcement capability, hands-on mentality and the ability to actively shape change processes Embossed affinity for digital processes in production
