Ensuring the recruitment of test persons for the clinical trials carried out Maintenance and management of the test files and archive documents Maintenance of the central register for students Care of the homepage on the Internet Participation in the study planning team, incl. assessment of recruitment possibilities and probabilities within the framework of the study planning Creation of test and centre documents, e.g. support for the preparation of test and centre documentation for submission to the Ethics Commission Statistical preparation of relevant aspects of clinical trials (e.g. proband statistics, recruitment statistics, including brokerage source etc.)

Complete vocational training in the commercial and/or scientific field (e.g. as a project assistant or study operation staff), preferably with relevant and multi-year professional experience in clinical trials Secure knowledge of local rules, GCP and good documentation practice, the relevant SOPs and the relevant guidelines Safe handling of PC and electronic applications, especially MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) flowing German and good English skills in word and writing Kindness and joy in contact with people and excellent communication skills in dealing with the subjects Impressive ability to communicate and cooperate collegially, effectively, efficiently and in particular with a need-based approach Self-employed, careful and structured working with very good time management, flexibility and agility Willingness to take responsibility readiness to flexible time and occasional full-day operations and operations outside the 5-day week
