Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school Collaborate with the extended leadership team to drive and implement the school's strategic initiatives Foster a culture of academic excellence, inclusion, and innovation Lead and support a diverse team of educators and administrative staff Ensure compliance with local and international educational standards Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and external partners Manage operations school, budgeting, and resource allocation Actively contribute to student recruitment through outreach, consultation, and engagement with prospective families Represent the school in public forums and with educational authorities

You hold a recognized qualification, search as the First and Second State Examinations or an equivalent international credential, and bring solid classroom experience You have proven leadership experience within a school setting, demonstrating competence in educational guidance as well as organizational and administrative responsibilities - ideally in an international or bilingual school environment You possess native-level proficiency in either German or English and confidently and professionally in the other language You bring strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills You are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and forward-thinking school culture
