Expert for Continental's Risk Management System (RMS) as well as contact persons for the central functions and operational units on technical and content issues regarding the RMS Analysis and evaluation of the risk inventory reported by the companies and preparation for the GRC Committee and further management meetings Take over the role of the Risk Coordinator for the Group Sector Tires Coordination of workshops on strategic risks & opportunities Determining the risk carrying capacity and aggregating the risk inventory using statistical methods as well as developing the corresponding concepts Implementation of self-assessments according to IDW PS981 Correspondence with the auditor Conducting spot checks and RMS training Participation in the creation of internal reporting (project presentation, AR coverage, monthly reporting, etc.), e.g. R&O analyses and the preparation of external reporting (risk and chance report) Support in the content development of the RMS Interface to the Sustainability Department ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) - Risk Reporting Deputy Head of Division

Completed economic or comparable studies At least 3-5 years of professional experience in risk management in an international group or in an audit and consulting company Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements for an RMS and their practical implementation in an industrial group Project experience in the international environment Sovereign handling with all MS Office applications Very good German and English language skills Analytical and strategic thinking Self-employed operation, loadability, pronounced communication strength and enforcement capacity High commitment, team capacity and flexibility The applications of disabled people are welcome.
