Team Secretary in Aachen (m/f/d)

As an interface between our customers and colleagues, together with your colleague, you are responsible for all the tasks that arise, such as telephone headquarters, post-processing, lunch order as well as general requests by telephone, email and personally. You are the first point of contact for all colleagues – and take care of the reception and hospitality of our guests. You take responsibility for smaller projects, such as the organization of anniversary dinners, birthday presenters etc. You support other areas in the event organization, with correction reading or different work.

You have completed a training in the commercial sector and have already gained some years of experience in the Secretariat. You are a fan of being present and working with many different colleagues. MS Office do you control, especially with Outlook you can jonglate, at the same time you are open to different IT systems in which you will work, and have learned to write with the ten finger system. You like to work independently and are well structured. You speak German at a native language level and implement the spelling and grammar rules.
