This will be your tasks You take over the operational management of the department including Target control and develop the employees:in the sense of the provincial leadership. In addition, you are a coach and professional representative of your employees:inside and give them continuous feedback, among other things, through regular support in the field service and regular discussions. In your function, you are responsible for the customer and sales-oriented active damage management of business incidents as part of the service level as well as for the implementation of the productivity goals of your department. They view all key figures for the department, report regularly to the Head of Division and derive measures and/or recommendations for action to achieve the goal. To do this, you also identify measures for process optimization. If necessary, check complex cases of damage, decide within the scope of the powers you have transferred and process escalation and special complaints. You will also participate in the management of the Department's tasks and in the strategic and operational development of the Department and take on tasks in projects and/or bodies in cases.

This will bring you Successfully completed technical studies, preferably as a civil engineer/architect (all genders) or a comparable vocational training (e.g. state-tested technicians in the field of civil engineering) with several years of professional experience in the processing of property damage As an alternative, a completed training for merchants for insurance and financial investments with training as a specialist in insurance and finance (all genders) and multiannual relevant professional experience First leadership experience in a comparable environment (Head of Divisions, Project Manager, Construction Manager (all genders)) and practical experience as damage regulator (all genders) desirable Affinity for business and process issues and the willingness to take over a multi-site department with appropriate travel activities Good expertise in the field of insurance and related technical issues Self-employed, structured and result-oriented working methods and willingness to take responsibility as well as a high degree of readiness and problem-solving competence, reliability and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills with strong team orientation and enforcement capability.
