Quality control and monitoring of production processes up to the finished baked product Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations Compliance, communication, training, documentation and archiving of the currently valid QM documents Coordination and division of employees of the entire production process and the raw material storage Responsibility for the daily shopfloor management (creation and presentation) Monitoring and correction of working hours Optimization and support of the CVP of production processes User support for challenges with the ERP system Accompanying new product launches trouble-free and smooth interface management

Professional experience in the operation of production facilities desirable Technical understanding and knowledge of German in word and writing Ready for shift work in 3-shift operation Communication strength, sense of responsibility, reliability, readiness to learn and a pronounced hands-on mentality Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic knowledge of an ERP system
