Voice support of drivers in communication with customers, authorities and internal departments Support and advice of drivers in administrative and organisational matters Contact person for drivers in questions and problems Support for operational planning and coordination of trips Translation of documents, instructions and conversation contents Ensuring clear and comprehensible communication through documentation and transmission of relevant information Active cooperation to solve problems and conflicts in driving personnel

Good language skills in Bulgarian (min. B2) and German mandatory, other foreign languages such as Romanian and English of advantage Professional experience in the field of industrial technology, ideally in the forwarding industry Experience in confidential handling of sensitive driver and customer data Safe handling of the PC, as well as good knowledge in MS Office applications Impressed communication and organizational skills and good human knowledge Ability to impart neutral and solution-oriented between different parties Willingness to shift work (spring and late)
