Technial Asset Manager (m/f/d)

As Technical Asset Manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the technical integrity, performance and further development of our offshore wind farm. You work on the central levers of a complex offshore set: availability, yield, integrity and long-term operation. You combine technical understanding with structured management and data-based decisions. Your focus ranges from asset integrity management and technical improvement measures to the development and implementation of measures for long-term continued operation. You use operating, SCADA and CMMS data to identify risks and vulnerabilities, set the right priorities and implement concrete improvements together with internal interfaces, OEMs and other partners.

Assets in mind: You take responsibility for technical areas and systems in the wind farm with a focus on integrity, availability and performance. Implementation: You plan and control technical improvement, maintenance and optimization measures in the wind farm Managing cooperation: You coordinate external partners such as engineering service providers and are responsible for successfully implementing technical projects. New partners are also identified and managed by you and our expert network is further developed. Safe and predictive action: You bring technical topics into management in a structured manner and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements

You'll fit us if you... have completed engineering studies (Bachelor/Master) – ideally in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and industrial engineering Experience in asset management, technical management or engineering Understanding and evaluating complex technical systems Ideally have experience in the wind energy, offshore or energy industry Analytical, independent and solution-oriented work.
