Process Manager Wholesale with SAP Experience (m/f/d)

Active participation and professional representation of wholesale sales in the Group-wide SAP introduction and the continuous development of SAP-based sales processes Planning, monitoring and implementation of digitalization and automation projects in the wholesale sector to optimise sales processes Analysis, documentation and continuous optimization of business processes in wholesale distribution taking into account efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction Technical support of team management to ensure smooth operating daily business Creating and implementing innovative concepts for the further development of sales structures, process landscapes and organisational processes Close cooperation with the areas of sales, IT and project management to successfully implement transformation and SAP projects

Successfully completed studies of economics, economic informatics, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in process management, ideal for wholesale, sales or trading environment Funded SAP knowledge as well as practical experience in SAP projects, process implementations or system implementations Very good understanding of business processes and knowledge in project management and process optimization Excellent analytical skills and high affinity for digital technologies and IT systems Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with high quality standards Communication strength, team skills and empathy in dealing with different stakeholders Interest in economic relations and sustainable trade and ecological food
