You work with the definition of the Waste Management Strategy and show new service areas in the Waste & Recycling area Optimize and develop processes and tools to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to relieve customers You set up the settlement with all disposers as part of the site disposal according to the contractual agreements and on the basis of the container and logistics plan Constant optimization of systems (costs / capacities / quality) Cooperation in and management of projects in the field of Environmental Services / Waste Management Checking the legal changes for the task and identifying the necessary measures under quality and cost aspects

Complete studies in logistics with the field of environmental / sustainability (environmental and resource management or other sustainability studies) Alternatively, you bring a commercial vocational training in combination with relevant professional experience in the waste management industry with a focus on environmental / sustainability / disposal systems / licensing / location disposal with Multiannual professional experience (> 3 years) optimally in the waste management industry or from comparable companies in the field of activities Environment / Environmental projects / Sustainability / Reverse Logistics (Corporate Management Act, Packaging Act) Ideally, you have experience in managing projects and in contract negotiations with disposal and service providers Knowledge of European and German environmental laws German and English knowledge in word and writing Good knowledge of the recycling and disposal industry and its processes Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, PowerPoint and database programs such as Business Objects)
