You accompany and promote deaf and hard-hearted young people in everyday educational life the reference person concept allows you to individually promote and develop perspectives together You plan and conduct free-time educational offers. Also provide life-structural training and promote self-employment. Documentation, reporting, participation in help schedule discussions are also in your area of responsibility. You cooperate with guardians, schools and other institutions. You are used in shiftwork with night and weekend readiness.

You are educators, social workers or medical teachers with state recognition or have a comparable qualification. You like to join a multi-professional team and are interested in the relationship work with young people You would also like to learn the German sign language. A sense of responsibility, empathy and cooperation are important to you. You are loyal to the Protestant Church and Diaconia.
