Chef de Bar (m/f/d)

Management and organization of the daily cash flow in close cooperation with the bar and service team

Preparation and presentation of high-quality cocktails, signature drinks, long drinks and other drinks

Professional and cordial care of our guests and individual advice in the selection of drinks

Development of creative drinks and introducing your own ideas into our bar card

Ensuring a smooth service process as well as incorporating and supporting the bar team

Responsibility for stocks, orders, inventories and proper storage of beverages and cashews

Compliance with our quality, hygiene and safety standards and legal regulations

Care, cleaning and careful handling of the bar, working areas and all equipment

You have an apprenticeship in the hotel or hospitality industry, ideally with a focus on bar, or brings several years of experience as Bartender:in with

You have a well-founded knowledge of classic and modern cocktail preparation and a strong sense of trends and aromas

You are service-oriented, communicative and enjoy creating special guest experiences

You work independently, organize and responsibly and keep an overview even in peak times

You appear sovereign, well maintained and gas-torientated and have a good feeling for the atmosphere at the bar

Good knowledge of German and English is required; further language skills are a plus

You are flexible and willing to work in shiftwork, weekends and holidays
