Tasks, competences and responsibility The activities as customer service in the field of supply chain logistics for spare parts at Airbus include:

• Contact for customers in connection with spare parts supply
• Crisis management and, where appropriate, development and implementation of action plans for problem solving
• Monitoring of logistical and financial performance (e.g. delivery performance, late orders, return of core units, customer complaints, cash intake, sales, supply success rate) with focus on customer satisfaction
• Close cooperation with the support and service community (sales staff, product support staff) and the industrial community (MRO, technology, quality, obsolescence)
• Development, evaluation and optimization of standards for customer management

Technical requirements

• Graduate in Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Aerospace Technology with a focus on logistics or comparable (m/w/d)
• Multiannual experience in logistics, including in purchasing and supply chain, preferably in aviation
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SAP
• Very good knowledge in German and English, good knowledge in French of advantage
• Social competence and strong team skills
• Good communication skills
• High adaptability
