Your tasks

• Mietercare & Rental: Holistic car rental services, sightseeing tours, rental contracts and housing transfers and withdrawals.
• Object & maintenance management: Regular object visits, control and monitoring of maintenance, rehabilitation and repair measures and coordination of external service providers and craftsmen.
• Common management: Compilation of operating cost bills, monitoring of rent inputs including dunning, and support in budget planning and property accounting.
• Process design: Active participation in the digitization and optimization of our internal administrative and documentation processes.

This will bring you with

• Completed commercial training (preferably as a real estate businessman) or relevant practical experience in real estate management.
• Basic knowledge of rental law and a secure understanding of numbers.
• Routinized handling of common MS Office applications and readiness to integrate into digital administration tools.
• Communication strength, negotiation skills and a solution-oriented, sovereign occurrence.
• Self-employed, structured operation and pronounced service orientation.
