Real Estate Expert – Rent Management, Parliamentary Inquiries (m/f/d)

You take the lead of the processing of individual cases of housing administration also in higher-level matters (e.g. from parliamentary space or with particular importance for BImA). With your expertise, you will process parliamentary enquiries as well as inquiries from top federal and regional authorities and report to the Management Board, the Supervisory Board, the Board of Directors, the Committee on Petitions etc. You are responsible for complaint and quality management for BImA's housing stock. This includes, inter alia, the compilation of complaint statistics and the review of the measures taken. You will also work in working groups/project groups on contract and management management. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace occasional service trips occur within the framework of about one to five days a year, including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have completed higher education (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor), preferably the field of real estate management or business with real estate, or a comparable qualification. Competences: You bring well-founded knowledge and practical experience in the field of property management with the emphasis on housing administration. You have very good knowledge of rental law. You have a secure handling of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. SAP knowledge is desirable. Other: You have a thorough and careful operation with high reliability. You have their own initiative and the ability to conceptually work. You also work independently and target-oriented with increased work. Their expressiveness in word and writing is good and you have a pronounced communication capability. You bring the ability to act in a team-oriented manner and are both criminal and socially-competent.
