You like to take responsibility and keep an overview in a dynamic environment? As deputy branch (m/w/d) you support the branch management in the operating daily business and actively participate in the organization and expansion of our branch.

THE WORK

• Guide support: They assist the branch management in managing the section managers and trainees and contribute to their professional and personal development.
• Ensure organization: Compliance with all relevant, collective agreements and internal requirements will keep you in mind and ensure their implementation in the daily business.
• Operational day-to-day business: They help coordinate and monitor the tasks of the section managers and contribute to a smooth running in the supervised objects.
• Order control: The review of order fulfillment and order processing is your responsibility – quality, appointments and cost-effectiveness are always at your fingertips.
• Personnel management: Personnel topics such as settings, assignments, personnel talks, cancellations and terminations accompany you in close coordination with the branch office and the personnel department.
• Representation: In the absence of the branch office, you accept the deputy implementation of meetings.
• Supporting further development: they support the development and expansion of the branch and contribute to the implementation of appropriate measures.
• Releases & Decisions: Upon consultation, you will cooperate with and accompany personnel operations in the commercial sector.

• Qualification: a completed training or training in the field of building cleaning, e.g. as a building cleaner (m/w/d)
• Professional experience: multi-year professional experience in building cleaning or in a comparable service industry
