Master SHK – Heating and heat pump technology (back office) (m/f/d)

For our heat pump team, we are looking for you: an experienced technical manager who takes responsibility, manages the coordination of our specialist partners and, as a central interface between internal services, sales and project teams, ensures that our heat pump projects are implemented efficiently and with high quality.

As an indoor SHK champion, you are the technical backbone of our projects. You make sure that our heat pump projects are planned, organized and implemented smoothly. In doing so, you coordinate the specialist partners, adhere to quality standards and are central:in an internal team. With your commitment, you are critically contributing to our projects being implemented on time, efficiently and according to the highest standards – thereby making a direct contribution to the energy transition in Germany. Complete training in SHK (e.g. plant mechanic SHK) with master title in the field of heating, sanitary, climate or equivalent technical qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in heat pumping and heating technology Ideally first experience in a leading role or project responsibility Strength in leadership, organization and communication Technical understanding combined with structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with ERP/CRM systems of advantage Service and customer-oriented thinking driving licence class B
