Senior Account Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Place: Dresden

For our partner in the Dresdner North, you will support in order processing and topics of forwarding, customs, import and export! You accept orders and track them until the timely delivery to the customer. In addition to the creation of orders, the product maintenance and the testing of stocks are responsible. In addition, you will take care of document management, including delivery notes, package lists and accompanying tickets. You organize freight inquiries, conduct alerts and view shipments at forwarders and parcel services. You take over the customs processing of export and import shipments in compliance with all legal requirements.

You have completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial businessman or a comparable qualification, as well as first professional experience in the commercial sector. Ideally, you have first experience in import/export and are familiar with the relevant customs and external economic regulations. Organisational design, loadability and pronounced communication skills are the key. Very good IT skills in MS Office as well as a quick understanding, independent working and team skills are of course for you. In addition, you bring sales-oriented thinking as well as good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
