Examination and assessment of contracts for compliance with internal guidelines and specifications Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements Analysis and optimization of quality processes Monitoring and control of quality assurance along the entire value chain Legal examination and assessment of contractual contents in cooperation with the Legal Department Creation and maintenance of quality reports and documentation Cooperation with internal departments Development of measures to continuously improve quality and contract processes

completed studies in commercial or legal fields (e.g. business law, studies in the real estate sector with legal focus) or comparable qualification or completed vocational training with additional qualification or long-term professional experience in the field of activity SAP knowledge Negotiations German language skills in word and writing Structured and targeted working methods Organizational institution Very good English skills (B2-C1)
