Lean Manager (m/f/d)

Our client is a traditional vehicle engineering specialist with over 140 years of history, which has become one of the leading European manufacturers of transport vehicles. The family-run company, based in the Black Forest, employs around 420 people worldwide at five international locations and produces over 1,000 high-quality special vehicles annually. In the course of a succession control, we are looking for a Lean Manager (m/w/d) with the perspective acquisition of the Industrial Engineering department. In this position, you actively shape the further development of the production structures at the site and anchor a sustainable lean culture throughout the company.

• Targeted integration within the framework of the succession regulation with the clear objective of the acquisition of the Industrial Engineering department • Planning, organisation and implementation of measures under the Lean Management Concept • Preparation, management and follow-up of workshops for process optimization – including the compilation and moderation of interdisciplinary teams • Conception and optimization of production and material flow structures for the entire site, in particular with regard to production and assembly • Identification of process improvement and optimization potentials in operational and administrative areas • Initiation and sustainable establishment of lean principles and lean tools throughout the company

• Complete technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable subject • Funded knowledge in industrial engineering and several years of professional experience in a comparable position • Methodological knowledge of Lean Management and Kaizen, 5S, TPM and SMED • Practical experience in organizing and moderating groups and workshops • Embossed analytical skills for the structured solution of complex issues • Secure appearance and convincing communication and presentation skills in German and English
