As a team member of our team, you are the central contact person and responsible for the professional and personal development of your team. The handling is the conductor between the MRP and the loading team. They combine the tones of MRP planning with the spontaneous challenges of loading. You actively support your team in day-to-day business: compliance with loading regulations, control of the necessary documents and control of the customer data relevant to sending are for you daily business. You will be happy to introduce your ideas and can thus advance the continuous improvement of the processes together in the team. Work in the moderate layer system (work start between 8 and 2 pm) is not a problem for you.

You are bringing a completed training to the merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or corresponding well-founded professional experience. You want to demonstrate your leadership skills and to ensure a smooth running of our processes together with your team. A self-responsible, structured and digital way of working is just as good as your ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations. Communication strength, team spirit and organizational skills complete your profile. In addition, you have a strong social competence in dealing with employees.
