With more than 100 specialist schools in over 35 cities, the Ludwig Fresenius schools are among the largest private educational providers in Germany. More than 8,000 pupils are prepared annually at the Ludwig Fresenius schools. The educational offer includes training and further education in the fields of therapy and wellness, care and pedagogy, medicine and laboratory as well as technology. In the training areas Physiotherapy and Ergotherapy, the Ludwig Fresenius Schools are market leaders in Germany. In close cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Fresenius, the Ludwig Fresenius Schools have been offering training-integrated, dual bachelor courses in ergotherapy, logopedia and physiotherapy since 2022. These combine practical vocational training with a scientific degree.

To strengthen our team of Ludwig Fresenius Schools in Hanover, we are looking for a part-time with 35 hours a week: Assistant to the Executive Director of Operations

Operational day-to-day management support Conducting research and analysis Creation of concepts, reports and protocols Examination of offers, contracts and submissions Management of project tasks and standard processes Complete general correspondence tasks Coordination and organisation of various meetings and events Travel management incl. travel cost accounting

Successfully completed studies (Bachelor) of economics, in the field of health or education or comparable courses Professional experience in the relevant field Communication strength in word and writing Knowledge of modern corporate communication (formats, style etc.)
