Head of Partner Management Customer Service (m/f/d)

Leadership and further development of a dedicated team with professional and disciplinary responsibility Designing the strategic orientation in partner management and our outsourcing strategy – including the implementation of tenders Strategic management of the outsourcing volume in customer service, including cost and KPI management in close cooperation with partners further development and implementation of the service provider strategy; consulting internal stakeholders at strategic level Managing continuous work on service contracts, performance agreements and service level agreements together with your team 4–6 missions per year (one week each) to our partners in Germany and Nearshore and regular presence in Freiburg

Experience in management within the customer service environment, a pronounced service and a completed study Confidence with the requirements of a management position on the service provider side and a good understanding of their control logics and mentality Embossed organizational talent and a high affinity for key figures, IT and processes Experience in professional and disciplinary leadership Good knowledge of common contact center technologies as well as the digitalization possibilities in customer service and service provider control willingness to work both operationally and strategically, combined with the ability to represent your own area sovereignly at events
